The International Coaching Federation (ICF), defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership." Coaches work with their clients to identify goals, explore options, and drive accountability.
The results you create will be directly linked to the commitment you put into your coaching experience. So the question is, what's your relationship to commitment? 😉
My most successful clients prioritize their transformation, which includes showing up for sessions on time, following through on homework, and being present without distractions.
Remember - the best investment you can make is in yourself.
Therapy is an extremely useful tool for healing and processing, particularly when looking back on past experiences. Therapists are trained mental health professionals.
Coaching looks forward, is exploratory, and is understanding personal values, and integrating those values into actions.
Both Coaches and Therapists ask unearthing questions and hold space for clients. I see value in both Therapy and Coaching. In fact, they can work beautifully in tandem, especially when the the client's goals are aligned.

Positive Intelligence defines mental fitness as "tools that strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you. You handle life's challenges with a more positive mindset, and less stress." Who doesn't want that? Mental fitness is integral to the positive intelligence approach, which improves well-being, boosts performance, and strengthens relationships.
As a Life & Leadership Coach, I use these tools to help you deepen understanding of your saboteurs (the qualities that sabotage you), intercept them when they arise, and strengthen your sage muscle, which you can think of as your highest, most-centered self.
TL;DR: Think of mental fitness as muscle-building for your mind. 💪🏻

Trust is the most important ingredient required to co-create a strong coaching foundation.
Trust allows space for deep listening, silence, and bold questions that spark introspection.
I seek to lovingly push you out of your comfort zone, hold you accountable, and catalyze growth - so you can achieve your wildest dreams.
Sometimes that means asking questions you might not like - and that's a risk I'm willing to take. Of course, you always have full authority to say 'no,' too!
As your Coach, I commit to:
I also love to experiment with levity and play in my sessions - through humor, embodiment, and laughter. Every relationship is different, and co-created with you. We dance together.
Clients who want to work with me commit to a minimum of six months together for optimal discovery and behavior change. Live coaching sessions are biweekly and 60 minutes.
The time in-between sessions is where the magic happens! This space allows for introspection, transformation, and forward action.
Fantastic, I can't wait to meet you! The next step is to send me an email at grace.pfisterer@gmail.com. From there, I'll set up a connection conversation to see if I can serve you.
